Notice of Meeting 

The Annual General Meeting of Heritage Saskatchewan Alliance Inc. will be held on February 25, 2012 at the Sheraton Cavalier in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan:

At the Annual General Meeting of the Members the following shall take place, namely:

1. Report of the Board shall be presented;
2. The election of Directors;
3. The consideration of the financial statements and the auditor’s report;
4. The appointment of auditor(s) for the ensuing year; and
5. The consideration of Bylaws submitted by the Board.
